Temg Tai is a premier wet process equipment company founded as early as 1981 in Taiwan. The company established itself as a major supplier of process solutions for PCB, LCD and chemical milling. Early on, various abrasive processes, such as belt sanding and jet spray scrubbing were addressed. First etchers were launched as early as 1991. In 2011 vacuum etching was introduced and has been upgraded multiple times since then. Thin flex material processing has become one of Temgtai’s strengths. Vertical, touchless process equipment was also developed. TemgTai opened up operations in Suzhou China as well as in Europe. The company has a global reach with a high profile reference base.
